-1. You meant well, but your answer is mistaken. LowMemoryKiller is a built-in part of Android, not a third-party RAM-management application. Please see here in order to view the android-4.4 kernel's lowmemorykiller.c code. (Note: the android-4.4 kernel is completely unconnected with Android 4.4 "KitKat". KitKat devices use a much older kernel.)
Type Resource Monitor in the Start menu, and click to launch once it is in the list, Sort by name so you can see the msedge.exe process and the commit size. Next, on the Edge browser, use Sift+Esc
For large memory devices you want the swap space to be at minimum the square root of your RAM size and ideally the same size as, or up to double the size of, your RAM. The problem is that they don't use enough space because they can't - they're basically using a compressed RAM disk as a swap partition.
BTW, free ram is not wasted. Android will use that memory to cache the file system and this speeds things up. See this informative post. My other key settings were: VM Heap Size = 48 mb. Home Locked in Memory (not anymore due to my OOM Grouping Fix)
